I thought I saw a ladder on the left side and if so, I also thought I would rather have it going up the rear. When I searched by image, my post was the only one that came up on the Internet. That's the second time it has happened and both of them were from Facebook.
There are an awful lot of these types of lonely tall rocks along the southern U.S. Border. Looks like another inexpensive security solution.
