Watch: Video Finally Comes Out of Trump ‘Forcibly Kissing’ Woman … She’s Been Lying the Whole Time

A newly released phone video may shed light on Alva Johnson’s pending lawsuit claiming President Donald Trump “forcibly” kissed her during a 2016 campaign stop.

Johnson, who at the time worked for Trump as a campaign staffer, filed suit
on Feb 25, 2019 against Trump for battery and discrimination based on her race and gender.

In a bombshell disclosure, however, President Trump’s lawyers just released a 15-second video they claim proves Johnson is lying about her encounter with President Trump.

  1. You can't prove a negative. It's not possible for Trump to PROVE he didn't do what she claims. She can simply claim that the video shown was from a different occasion. This is why America has the "presumption of innocence" for anyone facing accusations. The burden of proof is on the accuser. Of course the commie left is working feverishly to end this fundamental right as it prevents them from destroying opponents via unfounded accusations.

    2. Hold up, pard. That whole burden of proof has been knocked off its heels by...the whole sex offender thing, aka, Registered Sex Offender.

I know three different persons who didn't do anything worse than having his daughter sit on the dad's lap and a school teacher thought it was 'inappropriate', meaning, there's gotta be something going on, oh that poor girl, she needs to be rescued.

The two others I know didn't do anything at all. Only three years later did the CPS worker admit she lied and made up all the charges. In the meanwhile, their five children were sent off to three different foster homes and the dad had zero visitations to any of his children for most of those three years, then supervised visiting his younger son only. It took that man five more years to get everything expunged. Five years to get confessed lies cleared-up is a crime. Their house gone, their family broken up, trauma to the kids, etc. All because of govt thugs.

Pretty much the same for the this person I know.

Sorry for the rant, I burn with rage when I remember these. Burden of proof. HA! When it comes to sex offender, the burden of proof is on the accused. Its very difficult, nearly impossible, and expensive to prove a negative.

    3. Both my best friend from childhood and I have unfortunately been in the same boat.If I walk into a public bathroom and there is a child without supervision, I immediately leave and I strongly recommend this to all concerned.

  2. According to Herr Goebbels : “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it". A Democrat rulebook lesson.

  3. Well, she can always accuse him of being a racist for refusing to plant a full on kiss just because she's a "woman of color". I mean, surely, Joe Biden would have and that would've just been, well, "Joe being Joe". --Ron W

    2. Kind of reminds me of a POS academic saying the fact that no Israeli soldier had been shown to have raped a Palestinian was proof they were racist because they weren't attracted to an Arab.

      The mind boggles.

When we were there last year I was busy doing the laundry in the hotel's laundry room when an Arab woman, a maid, came through. We chatted for a couple of minutes. Definitely doable (if I weren't married).

    3. In "meatspace" I engaged in a conversation with a female lawyer about that female journalist who wanted to shadow some candidate and interview him privately - and him saying no.

After an exchange or two she asked, bluntly, "Do you trust women"?

My response was to outline a few examples of women lying, and then say - referring to those examples - "Sadly, no, I don't".

This is yet another example of why I don't.

  4. With Trump and leftist absurdity, whatever he did was wrong and whatever he didn't do, well, that was wrong too. "Damned if he did and damned if he didn't." ....LOL --Ron W
