Beto O'Rourke Invokes Antonin Scalia To Justify Gun Confiscation, Dana Loesch Responds with History Lesson

Former Texas congressman Beto O’Rourke is pretty much betting that gun control will be the defining issue of the 2020 presidential campaign.

It’s not as though he has many options left; his poll numbers are dismal and he seems to have no other policy prescriptions to offer. But heck yes, he’s going to take your AR-15.

His plan to confiscate certain types of rifles seems legally iffy at best, even if he were ever in a position to enforce it.

  1. "Confiscation....legally iffy???" If gun confiscation doesn't violate "the right of the people to KEEP and bear arms shall not be infringed", what does???!!! The Bill of Rights were added to "prevent usurpations and abuses" by the government since it was feared it would go beyond its delegated powers. And the fedgov has NO delegated powers for gun control pertaining to the People EXCEPT those, "such part of the militia as may be EMPLOYED IN ITS SERVICE". The 2nd and the 10th Amendments are double prohibitions against federal gun control!! --Ron W

Really, Beto needs to hit the road.

    2. Beto and his other presidential wannabes want to use government force to continue his past criminal bahavior; mandatory gun buyback which is extortion and gun confiscation which are armed robbery and murder against those who don't comply with robbery. His pronouncements to overturn the established Constitutional protection of our God given liberties are sedition! --Ron W

  3. Dana Loesch should have been head of NRA. She is pretty fearless
    and sharp.

  4. Ditto that re: Dana!

I finally heard a point I've said and written from Tucker Carlson interviewing Rep. Matt Gaetz discussing how government officials EXEMPT THEMSELVES and those who hire private armed security companies from their "assault weapons ban". IF, gun control laws are supposedly good for us, why aren't they included?? This is a devastating point that needs to be hammered!! We always here terms like "the rule of law", no one is above the law", equality and justice yet NONE of this applies when it comes to them!!! Gun control authoritarians need to be beaten down and totally discredited with this!! Go for it, Dana! --Ron W

    2. "We the People" are the "chosen ones". Those who serve us as our employees to administrate our government by "the consent of the governed" are UNDER our delegated powers, restricted to "few and defined" as set forth according to an objective reading of the Constitution and Bill of Rights! --Ron W

I don't think I would have put the message together but, of
course, they did. That's against the law too.
