Teacher Removed From Classroom After Defending Pledge of Allegiance

No one stood for the Pledge of Allegiance on the first day of Daniel Goodman’s class at First Coast High School in Jacksonville, Florida. And no one stood on the second day of class.

So on the third day Mr. Goodman wrote a message to his students on the whiteboard rebuking them for disrespecting the pledge.

    They will vote themselves into slavery, and drag the rest of us down with them. A Collectivist Hive of Mind Numbed Drones, controlled by social media platforms, aka "THE BORG." Close down the grid, awaken the drones, show them the evil that had held them captive for so long, and save the future of our Nation.

    Well, why do we "have basic rights"? You meanlime "Liberty and justice for alll"? So, You're asserting and demanding the very thing to which you don't want to pledge!! Wow! What an idiotic contradiction!!! --Ron W

    For the past several years I've been paying 1/3+ of my take-home salary to a private school. It's become too much and next fall we're forced, financially, to go to the public school system. Which I'll be watching like a hawk.

    I'm already getting the kids to understand basics, like if a girl is born a girl, they're a GIRL. Period. Etc. The basics of patriotism, taxation is theft, climate change is false, etc.

    I wish it were otherwise but it's just not possible any more.

      I agree. You can always just do it yourself. You would be surprised at how easy it is to teach kids and how incompetent the public schools are at it.
