Dr. Fauci Anticipates Another US Coronavirus Outbreak In The Fall

Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, right, speaks as U.S. President Donald Trump listens during a Coronavirus Task Force news conference in the Rose Garden of the White House in Washington, D.C., U.S., on Monday, March 30, 2020. Trump said he would now extend social distancing measures until at least April 30. Photographer

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and a member of the White House coronavirus task force, has some more bad news to share with Americans.

The nation’s top infectious disease expert says he anticipates the U.S. will likely suffer through another coronavirus outbreak in the fall. But he offered a bit of hope, too, saying by then, the country will be better prepared to handle the virus.

  1. Why will there be another outbreak in the Fall? Instead of supposed journalists asking Trump all their probing questions of his motives and alleged failures, why don't they ask, "why will the virus return in the Fall?" Let the good doctor try to explain why this and other viruses are seasonal. Could it be that we get out and get Vitamin D in warm weather? Oh no, can't suggest that. It would go against the medical-pharmaceutical-FDA establishment. Notice the medical experts NEVER tell us to do anything to enhance or strengthen our immune systems, even though they admit that people with conditions that suppress immunity are far more vulnerable to this and any other flu virus, which by the way, has killed many times more this season than the Covid 19. This too is NEVER mentioned in the media! This is what is called the "lies of omission". --Ron W

  2. Trump needs to add a health expert or two to his team and let the doctors "stay in their lane". We should do their negative standard precautions and consider their model projections, but we also need positive immune system enhancements. --Ron W

    1. Yes and I imagine Dr. Fauci has doctors who work with him.
