Two armed men in face masks who both identified themselves as Duncan Lemp, standing in a parking lot of a shopping center in Dallas on Wednesday. Lemp was shot and killed by cops in Maryland in March while they were serving a warrant for gun offenses

    They were standing guard outside a hair salon which has refused to close
    Both were carrying large rifles and wearing face masks during a patrol in Dallas
    Pair refused to use their real names and identified themselves as Duncan Lemp
    Lemp, who had ties to anti-government militia, was shot and killed by cops
    They wanted to 'protect constitutional rights' of businesses wanting to reopen
    On Friday a handful of Texas businesses reopened in defiance of state guidance
    27,839 people have been infected in Texas and 776 have died

  6. State law allows her to declare a state of emergency for up to 45 days on her own, after which it needs the approval of the legislature. The 45 days were up at midnight on April 30, and the legislature voted not to extend it. She then simply declared a new one. We in Michigan literally do not know whether or not we are under a state of emergency. I don't think so, but will it be enforced?
