Michael Flynn Wins; D.C. Circuit Orders Case Dismissed

Pollak: 7 Bombshells in the Michael Flynn Case

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled 2-1 Wednesday that a lower court must grant a request by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to drop its case against former National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (Ret.).

Flynn won his request for a writ of mandamus ordering Judge Emmet Sullivan to grant the DOJ’s motion last month.

  1. Prosecution will simple file writ of certiorari. En banc will tie this up this up for some years to come. Gen. Flynn will be remanded into custody for that time.

This isn't over, not by a long shot. Even November 2020 will come and go while Flynn remains a guest of the Bureau of Prisons. The actual status of Gen. Flynn will remain unchanged, a pawn to get at President Trump.

Yet there is hope. The further they push this into the future, the more which will be revealed of their malfeasance. Already we have proof the magic negro was heavily involved. Creepy Joe, she-beast, Longface babykiller, they and many more will be subjected to a rising heat.

I hope you're wrong and I vote for it not happening. Thanks.

    2. Brock, your reply gave cause for me to consider that my comment was Chicken Little doom & gloom. It is not that. It is to not underestimate the enemy. Consider that everything they have done - no matter large or small - has been for the singular purpose of removing Trump. In this, they have been relentless. The 2nd half of the year promises to be, uh, eventful.
