Maybe someone got their hand on a BLU-82 daisy-cutter.
ReplyDeleteThat would do it and it is larger now v Vietnam.
DeleteBetter there then here, it will be here soon enough...
ReplyDeleteI heard on the radio that it was some stored ammonium-nitrate fertilizer that had been improperly stored, sitting on the dock, for a long time.
ReplyDeleteTalking about big mistakes.
DeleteQueue internet experts in fertilizer bombs to tell us this wasn't possible in 3...2...1...

DeleteAlso heard, but can not confirm, (I'm not an expert) that it was a 'shipment of rockets from Iran' that blew up... Wonder if it was the rocket solid fuel materials, instead of fertilizer. Fertilizes need an accelerant, or atomization to ignite, I believe. Again, mine is not an expert opinion. Heard that it was a welding job that set it off... Hellfires make for a quick welding job, ;<) One thing is for sure: We will never know the truth.
ReplyDeleteWe will never know the truth.
ReplyDeleteProbably.
