White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters on Tuesday that President Joe Biden has not ruled out using executive orders for gun control.

When asked if Biden still intended to use executive action on gun control – a vow made during his campaign – Psaki responded, “The president has a range of actions at his disposal … he hasn’t ruled out either of those options.”

  1. Since he was not legally elected, the executive orders have NO legal standing at all.

  2. That would constitute the utter destruction of the Constitution and all it means. An executive order pertains solely to the employees of the executive. It cannot overrule, modify, or substitute for law -- and the Constitution, including all the Amendments to it, is the Supreme Law of the Land.

Just now, the evil little man who lives in the interstices between my more rational and more virtuous thoughts is saying "Let him do it." And in truth, it would bring on the rebellion his theft of the presidency has fully justified.
