Subject: Update & Camp Changes
I would like to take the time to share an update on the local monument situation. On Friday, February 12 I signed the papers with the Mayor of Rocky Mount to take possession of the monument and 2 remaining statues. We now have 120 days to take possession or the agreement is null and void.
Currently the wet conditions have caused a delay but all the pieces are in place for this to be completed. We still need to raise funds to cover all the costs.

Effective immediately I am resigning as Commander of Camp 75 but will remain a member and will oversee the monument project to completion.
