......are long time Appalachian traits and traditions that have been taught from one generation to another for a lot of us, is it dead, on hold, or very apparent? Do ladies get offended when a gentleman opens a door, pulls out a chair, carries packages, etc. for her, my wife doesn’t, in fact she rather expects it?
To be a "gentleman" practicing "chivalry" requires the presence of LADIES.
