Trial By Fire

 Via Dan

All of these usage regulations and land confiscation plans are based on the primary principle of Marxist philosophy that the private ownership of land must be forbidden.

A fire in any location requires three components, heat, oxygen, and fuel, to start and continue to burn.  Oxygen is necessary for human and animal life and makes up roughly 20% of the atmosphere.  In small spaces such as inside commercial buildings, equipment is available to reduce Oxygen concentration to 15% which is equivalent to the inside of an airliner at flight altitudes and below the 16% necessary to support fire.  Oxygen reduction technology is not a practical solution for private homes or outdoors.

Many substances are combustible and can provide fuel for fires, but their combustion temperatures vary based on physical and chemical constituents.  The “auto-ignition temperature” is defined as the minimum temperature at which any dry substance will ignite in air without a spark or flame.  Auto-ignition temperatures are surprisingly high.  Gasoline spontaneously ignites at 536 °F, diesel at 410 °F, rifle powder at 550 °F, and propane at 842 °F.  The primary combustion temperature of wood ranges from 536 °F to 896 °F depending on the type of wood, resin content, and state of decay or dampness.

  1. I think 'private property' left the country about the same time as property taxes went into effect. If you have to keep paying government to keep them from taking it, you don't really own it.

    Y'all have a nice day.

    1. They took my land consisting of half the road to the front and to the right. Asked my lawyer about suing them to buy or lease it. She said don't waste your time, but they'll give it back if they don't need it anymore................

    2. Imminent domain, any one? What a crock. That's another
out of thin air "law" which should bite the dust.
Abused for the good of the gov and corps.

  2. It happens as long as we tolerate it. There are no limiting principles with the left. They won't ever stop even as it collapses.

  3. Once a territory becomes a state the fed gov land ownership
is over except 10 miles square located at Washington DC and
its illegal ownership of millions of acres of land is about the environment is
BS - its about money, power, control i.e. Agenda 21, NWO.
Our founding fathers were very specific concerning federal ownership and control of land. Article I, section 8, clause 17 of the U.S. Constitution gives the feds control of 10 square miles of Washington DC. It further states that land within the boundaries of a state may only be acquired if they first have the consent of the state legislature. The federal government is limited in it’s acquisition of land to four purposes, military forts, arsenals, dock-yards, and other needful buildings. Nowhere in the constitution does it grant the federal government the power to “own” millions of acres. The so called "public lands" that they currently control must be returned to the states.
When the fed stole land for Nat. Parks, if the true owner of
the land would not leave, they burned their houses down and shot
the people as they ran from their burning homes.
For some psychopathic reason the fed gov thinks the land
    belongs to them.

  4. Eugene, Oregon.
The Willamette Valley runs between the Coast Range and the Cascades.
Much of the valley is swamp.
The 'high water-table' was only a minor inconvenience to settlers from Europe and Asia...
    .
...until some bright college-graduate decided on a Fresh! New! zoning -- delicate habitat wet-lands.
    .
Suddenly, pretty much all undeveloped land was imprisoned with the wet-lands burden of 'delicate habitat'... making it permanently open ground, reducing the property value to pretty much nothing.
    .
    But!, Wait!...
    .
...included in the scribblings (a 'taking without compensation' (my humble)) is the provision for a property owner to pay us$85,000 per acre, plus swap an equal amount of ground near-by...
    .
...AND GIVE IT TO THE BUREAUCRATS FREE.

I understand some folks are making lists of employees at Building and Planning Departments around the state.
