Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals PERMANENTLY Blocks OSHA COVID-19 Jab Mandate

A three-judge panel at the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals recently placed a temporary halt to Biden’s unconstitutional COVID-19 mandate on private employers.

After another review by the Fifth Circuit, the temporary ban on the OSHA rule is now permanent.

The three-judge panel’s ruling permanently blocks OSHA from enforcing their COVID-19 jab mandate on employers nationwide.

  1. Best news I have heard in awhile, now if Kyle can just get a not guilty verdict.

  2. Ruling has no teeth if the court does not enforce it. The shot is still mandated everywhere.

  3. Courts have ZERO ability to enforce their rulings. They must rely on the Executive Branch for that. THe current administration is beyond corrupt they WILL ignore this ruling and do whatever they want.

  4. As if I would roll over and take the jab based on what a "court" decides.
