  1. I just went to take a look and some photos of the South Beach State Park near Newport, Oregon, close to where I work, for a friend looking to reserve a yurt there. I was shocked! The entire campground was full, on a Monday, November 15. It's been a good wet change in the weather pattern here. Folks aren't vacationing. They are living there. Glad I live in the brush somewhere.
