Here's the proposed plot for the movie: Joe Biden and his first wife, Neilia, have three children: Hunter, Beau and Naomi. In 1972, Joe's wife Neilia and Naomi are tragically killed in a car accident.
Joe eventually marries a woman named Jill. You may know here as is his current wife, the "Doctor".
