Fortune Magazine: DNC Owes $18.1 million

Image: Obama Campaign Still Millions in Debt
 To the rear, march!:)

The Democratic National Committee is bleeding red ink, owing a total of $18.1 million to various creditors, Fortune magazine reported Monday.

The budget hole as of Aug. 10 compares with a cushy $12.5 million the Republican National Committee holds, Fortune said.

"They really thought they could get this money raised by the summer," Fortune quoted one unnamed senior strategist as saying.

"But the fact is, from talking to people over there, they have no real plan for how to solve this."

Newsmax/Zogby Poll: Virginia Governor's Race Is Dead Heat

In a startling development in Virginia's race for governor, a just-completed Newsmax/Zogby survey shows Democrat Terry McAuliffe and Republican Ken Cuccinelli in a virtual dead heat.

The new John Zogby poll, conducted for Newsmax among likely Virginia voters from September 27-29, shows McAuliffe, the former Democratic Party national chairman, leading state Attorney General Cuccinelli by a wafer-thin margin of 32.5 percent to 32.4 percent.

According to Zogby, 10.8 percent of voters prefer "another candidate" and a strong 24.3 percent are undecided.

One possible stumbling block for Cuccinelli is the strength of the third candidate, Libertarian nominee Robert Sarvis. When the Northern Virginia entrepreneur and attorney's name is put into the race, Zogby found nearly a 5-point edge for the Democrat with McAuliffe at 32.2 percent, Cuccinelli 27.4 percent, Sarvis 12.7 percent, and others 3.2 percent.

'They'll be forced off': Georgia's island community of slave descendents fight tax hikes of up to SIX HUNDRED per cent

Homestead: A small community of African-Americans descended from slaves are fighting to stay on their island home in light of a burdensome new property tax

A tiny community descended from slaves on Georgia's Sapelo Island is again fighting local officials over property assessments that resulted in huge tax increases.

Residents and landowners of the small Hog Hammock community say they could be taxed out of their homes and forced to sell their family land.

They waged a second round of appeals Monday with the McIntosh County Board of Equalization, which in January ordered assessors to recalculate land values on the island.

Did Kenya terrorists escape like sewer rats?

http://i3.mirror.co.uk/incoming/article2314766.ece/ALTERNATES/s615/Tunnel-Al-Shabaab-may-have-used-to-escape-from-Westgate-shopping-center-in-Nairobi-2314766.png

Kenyans horrified by the deadly attack on a shopping mall by Islamic jihadists now face the prospect that the perpetrators likely escaped and may be reorganizing for another attack, according to local reports.

The Kenyan Red Cross has said an estimated 39 people remain missing in addition to at least 67 fatalities resulting from the Sept. 21 attack on the Westgate Mall in Nairobi.

The terrorists, apparently linked to the bloodthirsty al-Shabaab terror organization, ordered Muslims to leave the mall and then started killing those left behind, according to witnesses. There were reports of torture and other atrocities blamed on the Muslim attackers.

Now, according to CitizenNews in Kenya, the attackers possibly knew the mall so well they used an escape tunnel that leads under the parking lot to another establishment about 100 yards away.

According to the CitizenNews investigation, that means the terrorists could be roaming free and planning another attack.

Black biker gang behind SUV attack in NYC

http://a.abcnews.com/images/GMA/abc_gma_janis_131001_wg.jpg

Here is what the local newspapers did not report about the mob of dozens of motorcycle riders who chased, stopped and beat the father of a young Asian family on a Sunday afternoon in New York City: One, the mob was black, says the police report. Two, this is merely the latest of several such examples of racial violence on wheels, witnesses say.

Except this one is on video. All six minutes and 27 seconds of it. Recorded on the helmet-cam of one of the members of the black motorcycle mob.

“The newspapers say it was a motorcycle gang,” said one veteran member of New York’s law enforcement community. “That makes you think it was a white gang, like the Hell’s Angels. But it was the total opposite.”

Cops busted the psycho biker who allegedly started the confrontation that ended with an SUV driver being badly beaten — as sources said another cyclist hurt in the mayhem may be paralyzed for life, sources told the New York Post Tuesday.

Biker suspect Christopher Cruz, 28, of Passaic, NJ, was charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving, endangering the welfare of a child and menacing in the attack on Alexian Lien, 33, who had been out with his family for a Sunday drive in Upper Manhattan.

As the video begins, a black Range Rover is heading north in the direction of Harlem. Driving is *Lien, his wife and child are also in the car – now being pursued and surrounded by more than 50 bikers. *Probably Vietnamese.
It is not clear what, if anything, happened before the video begins.

Authority to refuse Obamacare funding belongs to the House alone

 Losing Our Freedom

In a 230/189 vote the U.S. House of Representative recently voted to fund the government but defund Obamacare. Can it do so constitutionally? Historically throughout the ages, the people have had little freedom from excessive government which became the cause of the American Revolution. Ramses, an Egyptian Pharaoh, made the Israelite slaves gather their own straw in addition to making the bricks. The greatest concerns of the masses have always been excessive taxation and unpopular wars because the first took their hard earned money and the second potentially their lives. Under the Constitution, and for the first time in history, they could prevent either.

Everything hinged upon funding which was given exclusively to the House of Representatives—the only power that they alone had. “All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.” To fund anything, in this case Obamacare, first approval is required by the House of Representatives. If that does not happen taxpayer money cannot be spent. The people, through their representatives to Congress, have determined, after a three-year closer scrutiny of The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), that it does not protect the patient, is not affordable and is not even workable; hence in the interests of the vast majority of the people needs to be defunded.

Over the past few years, I've become inured to "hatchet job" profiles of me and organizations I'm involved with. I actually find many of them rather amusing. And generally, I adhere to the maxim, "There's no such thing as bad publicity." After all, I first encountered "academic racists" like Louis Andrews, Sam Francis, Kevin MacDonald, and Jared Taylor by reading their SPLC profiles. Whatever the intentions of the authors, hit pieces direct energy and interest towards our movement; and we'd be remiss not to take advantage.

Thus, when the young Washington, DC-based writer Lauren Fox approached me about a profile in Salon, I expected more of the same. Instead, I found Fox to be a fair and genuinely intellectually curious person; she seemed interested in actually understanding her subject, not just pointing and sputtering.

And as it turns out, Fox has written the most flattering hatched job in history!

Tyrants

These tyrants are afraid of us.

They are afraid of what we will do to them for what they are doing to us.

It is why they they call the AR15 rifle an "assault weapon".

Because they are afraid it will be used to assault them for what they have done to this great Republic.

It is why the are attempting to make peaceful redress impossible.

They are afraid because the idea of truth and reason reveals their illegitimacy.

They are afraid of people speaking freely because they only have power until they do not.

They only have power as long as the fiction of their legitimacy is hidden behind the existing appearance of legitimacy.

They are afraid.

Very afraid.

Afraid we will know the truth of them.

I think it is too late for them.

I think they have made revolution to their illegitimacy possible.

I think what terrifies these tyrants is people are beginning to see, indeed, but what these tyrants fear more than anything is the truth that people are beginning to realize they are not alone.

It is a cascade preference of Liberty.

And no tyrant, no power, no law, can stop this.

Because the simple truth is once people stop believing in the legitimacy of the power and monopoly of force of the tyrants and their system of rule over us, they simply have no power any longer.

They only posses the means to enforce their will through threat of violence.

That is why they are tyrants.

It is why they are afraid.

Afraid people are beginning to believe.

Believe the only power in this land, the only legitimacy of the sovereign, has always resided in us.

What is even grander than this, what is so wonderful, this great nation of freemen has in it's grasp the ability and wherewithal to become greater than any can imagine.

That ideal of the shining light on the hill is true.

When you believe you become free.

And that is the freest speech, the most powerful assault weapon of Liberty there is.

Oh yes, they are afraid.

They should be.

They should be terrified of us.

They know power.

But they do not know what true power is, how truly powerful we the people are.

Yet.
