The Missouri legislature has thrown Democratic Governor Jay Nixon’s veto of a pro-gun bill back in his face.
Late yesterday, the legislature, who met in a special session, voted to override the governor’s veto of SB656.
The vote by the state senate was a fairly one sided 23-8, largely along party lines. We don’t have the House vote total yet, but it had to be at least a 2/3 majority.

DeleteAs far as I know, the weapon must be100% in view or 100% hidden. It's possible that sharp eyes could catch a glimpse of the butt of my CCW, so I asked a cop who stated it would not be a violation since there was open carry in NC and I had a CCW permit also.
Ok thanks, that answers my question... I think. Since I don't yet have a
ReplyDeleteCCW I guess I'm not sure what I might run into if it's partially concealed.
For example if the holster gets partially covered by my shirt or jacket or
if I used an inside the waste band holster with most but not all of the pistol
sticking up above my belt. CH
I would keep it completely concealed, if I were you. Also, you can get a CCW through the mail from Florida and you can use you DD214 for the class. Another beenie is if a newspaper decides to publish the names, you wouldn't be local. What state are you in?
