First female general to lead Parris Island Marine base says women can handle combat

The first female Marine Corps general in charge of Parris Island's basic training says she's confident women in the Corps will be able to handle combat.

Brig. Gen. Loretta Reynolds says the Pentagon's lifting of the combat exclusion against women means commanders will be able to use the talents of both men and women, wherever they may need them.

  1. The USMC conducted an intensive study nearly 10 years ago re: woman in combat arms. USMC determined females did not have the stamina or physical endurance to sustain combat ops.
How about creating a provisional battalion of female grunts only. Ruck them up with 70-80#s of gear, body armor, M4a1s, 240Bs and stick them in the hills of Afghanistan....for 30 days. Mission: seek & destroy Hajii. Evaluators: non-politically correct, retired senior NCOs recalled to active duty to eval these woman doing men's work.

I have no use for females in the military. Rather they should be home tending the children and baking cookies. So....feminized males....flame away. For it is your kind who have helped to destroy the American household and family.

Women belong in the kitchen. Not the battlefield.
