    I thought Carter did that. It was very anti-gun when Clinton was in office. Ft Knox tried to state that any soldiers with firearms on or off post had to register them. I pissed the provost Marshall off but honestly said fuck off, was called to the carpet and finally told I could have them off post as long as I didn't bring them on post.
