Gun Companies Continue to Abandon North for Pro-Gun South
Via Billy
What started as a slow trickle when American Tactical Imports (ATI)
and PTR moved from the northeast to South Carolina, has now become an
all out surge with Magpul Industries leaving Colorado, Beretta leaving
Maryland for Tennessee, and Remington acquiring a 500,000 square ft.
facility in Alabama.
Can't say I blame them. The South is more business friendly anyway, less regulation and no unions to speak of. I see their point, why pay taxes to a political entity dedicated to putting you out of business?
ReplyDeleteWe need some tank and artillery factories to relocate down here also.
ReplyDeleteIndeed and some others I believe.
