The Trigger: If This Ever Happens You Know You’re Days Away From Nuclear War

Via NC Renegade

Here’s how I think it’s going down. I think there will be an attack against South Korea. The North Koreans have over two million troops… 20,000 artillery… they can level Seoul in a matter of three or four days. The only way the U.S. can stop that attack is using tactical nuclear weapons.

And that would give China the excuse to nuke the United States. U.S. is guilty of first-use, the U.S. is the bully of the world, Russia and Chinese unite to launch against U.S. military targets. Not civilian targets per say. There will be about 12 or 15 cities that are inextricably connected with the military that are going to get hit that I mentioned in Strategic Relocation… you don’t want to be in those cities.

You may have two days notice when that attack in Korea starts, before China launches on the United States.

And if you ever see everything blackout, because both Russia and China will use a preemptive nuclear EMP strike to take down the grid… before the nukes actually fall… anytime you see all electricity out, no news, nothing at all… that’s the time you need to be getting out of cities before the panic hits.

  1. That is the most likely scenario in my mind also. Although the muslims have deep enough pockets to do something crazy. Also Fukashima working out safely (playing pick up stix with nuc fuel rods) is against mathmatical probabilty.

  2. 25 years ago you would have been correct. The US retired their tactical nuclear arsenal in 1989-1991. I know this because I was a 55G20 in the Army- that's Nuclear Weapons Maintenance Specialist. That MOS was never very big, maybe 600 of us at the height of the Cold War, and it no longer exists. Some of the weapons may still exist, notably the SADM and any of the warheads that could be repurposed for Navy or Air Force delivery systems, but they are not configured for tactical delivery.
Somebody in the Pentagon has thought of a way to do it without resorting to nukes. It may mean every B-52, B-1, and B-2 available loaded with JDAMs drawing a line of craters where artillery used to be, but I very much doubt they'd launch a MIRV against the North Koreans.

  3. 1965 called. They want their doom's day scenario back.

Modern south Korea could easily destroy North. it is a more likely scenario that for humanitarian reasons, they invade the North. The only reason they haven't already is that they see the northerners as zombies who sincerely love their leader. Thus, they have no hope of saving their northern kin.

China doesn't give a rat's ass about North Korea except as a communist petting zoo. There is no way they are going to Nuke anyone for them. Much more likely is that they will take advantage of the USA being distracted to gather something more important, like some offshore islands with drilling potential.

Russia and China both want to enrich themselves. Their best path to achieving that is to dominate US markets. Destroying US markets does nothing to bring them wealth. Even if we don't nuke them back. (we do have more than enough nukes to bring the whole world back to the stone age with us).

Most likely scenario today is that increasing complexity and interconnectivity among the utilities causes a random and minor event to cascade into a system-wide shutdown that fools 300 million people into thinking it is an EMP attack, and then casting off the yoke of civility that holds them currently. When teh power comes back on 4 days later, there is a massive "OOPS".

    1. Destroying US markets does nothing to bring them wealth.

Unless they would rather be king of the world...............

    2. I believe you are correct. More than likely, it will be human error that will do us in. With, or without, Government approval. Similar to what Hillary thinks, what difference will it make?

    3. Can't believe a huge number of "Americans" still think she should be P.
