Why are there no Sandy Hook Victim’s Lawsuits?

What are the odds, in today's world, of 26 victimized families at Sandy Hook, ALL deciding not to sue a multi-millionaire, who is seemingly an easy target?

Peter Lanza has a lot of money. Whether you believe he is responsible for the actions of his son, or not, you cannot deny that the man is loaded by most people's standards. Are you aware that he was paying Nancy Lanza over $250,000 a year to take care of Adam?

Our best clue of his actual salary comes from Yahoo:

    But where is the father's culpability in all of this? The General Electric financial executive, who makes over a million dollars a year helping his company evade taxes, has so far gotten a pass from the media and the public.

Before I go on, I want to note that I do not believe that Peter Lanza should be sued and many of our readers will not either. But in today's world when people see dollar signs and opportunity they jump. I just find it very odd that none of those 26 families is suing.

    I have been following this story since it (allegedly) happened because it was my son's birthday. He called me at work to tell me that this day will now be up there with Columbine -- so I turned on the radio and listened incredulously as the story continued to change every 2 minutes, and continues changing to this day. I frankly see no compelling evidence to believe that any massacre occurred at this school. My main source for that conclusion is James Brady, a professor at Florida Atlantic U. His blog, Memory Hole Blog, looks at "issues and phenomena overlooked or misreported and even distorted by mainstream media." Dr, Tracy doesn't say whether he believes Sandy Hook is all a hoax - but he does a great job showing how there are too many unanswered questions to accept the official narrative as gospel. For the skeptic (I embrace that label), there is much to be questioned here. The Anti-Gun Activists came out so fast and hard after this event, it sure looked all scripted to me. (The parents weren't allowed to identify their dead children - The paramedics were not allowed into the school to help...right...all that makes a lot of sense)
