This is a public safety issue and should be dealt with in such a way that it simply cant happen again. There is no reason for us to house criminals from other countries, so that they may be fed and live a gang life in prison or even be allowed to have any kind of life. We must send them back to their countries of origin. In an ashtray, postage due! As far as domestic child rapists, if not put to death, then at least completely castrated. The chances that a sex offender will re-offend are something like 92%+.Why let these monsters back out to rape and murder?
