"New Orleans is New Orleans. We love it, but we understand where we live."

Via comment by Anonymous on Black Lies Matter

36-year-old Michael Price, with his three children. Carrying less than $20, he was delivering a pizza in 95 percent black Lower 9th Ward in New Orleans, where his body was discovered "riddled with bullets."

The Lord said, “If I find fifty righteous people in the city of Sodom, I will spare the whole place for their sake.” -- Genesis 18:26

The Lower 9th Ward is America's version of Sodom, and God's judgement fell upon this area of New Orleans in 2005.

Almost ten years later, a white father of three found himself delivering a pizza to an address in the Lower 9th Ward.

And for the second time in six months, a white pizza deliveryman was murdered by blacks.

  1. Domino's is nuts to be delivering pizza in that area. Tell them to come and pick it up.

This happened in front of the house we lived in until 1987 when we left. We go back to visit but that's it.

    1. Wow, so is it OK to visit there and go out at night to some spots?

    2. It depends on where you go, like any big city. Tourists get into trouble because they stray into areas they've seen on travel shows that look quirky or unique. Watching your back, no matter where you are is a must. Nights? Stay in the French Quarter's crowded areas. If it's not well lit, you need to git.

    3. Kinda' what I assumed. I just checked their CCW laws and they accept NC and FL licenses.

  5. The murders of pizza delivery people has been happening all over the country
and yet no safety measures installed. As far as I am concerned, let blacks
deliver to black neighborhoods and whites do the same. Segregation should
never have been abolished. Wiser men knew better.

That would help, but some black delivery drivers would still get killed.

  6. Reasons such as this is why they tried to flood the city of New Orleans, to
drown the rats except it didn't drown nearly enough.
Bless this poor guy for just trying to make a living.
