Kiss my ruddy, red rectum and go back whence you came.
Seven states - including Alabama – have designated April as Confederate History Month. And that, at least according to Jeff Schweitzer, a scientist and former White House senior policy analyst, is an "embarrassing abomination" that should end.
Writing for Huffington Post, Schweitzer, a Ph.D. in marine biology/neurophysiology, said the designation of April as a month to remember the Confederacy is a "misguided paean to a troubling past."
"Southerners today seem incapable of understanding that the South started and then lost a war that nearly destroyed the United States. The South lost decisively. The rebel cause was unjust, immoral and treasonous. The economic justification was unseemly; the actions were treasonous. There is no part of the Confederate cause of which to be proud.
There is no moral high ground here," he wrote.

Schweitzer is so wrong on several counts. Lincoln's administration provoked the South, essentially forcing them to fire on the boys in blue. American heritage is one of secession, and that is not, in itself, treasonous nor unconstitutional. The North's treatment of the South was immoral before, during, and after the uncivil war. I do not support slavery... but Lincoln himself said he only freed slaves to hurt the Confederacy and would prefer to deport all blacks to Africa. Slavery was not the only issue driving the war, as so many claim. To claim nothing about southern culture or the Confederacy is worthy of remembering is outrageously unfair and hateful.

DeleteNot to commies, unfortunately.
When you have the likes of Schweitzer, stating that Confederate History Month is "an
ReplyDeleteembarrassing adomination" is THE reason why one should hold a month long celebration of the Confederacy. I will in fact hoist a beer after work tonight to hold in highest honor and respect for the Confederate fallen.
Now let us get to the real reason for that war. First freeing the slaves was in reality a cover to give the North a moral justificate for their war on the South. It was NOT about preserving the Union (oh that holy and sacred union...barf). It was all about power and money. Period. More money from the South and more over the Southern states from an increasingly centralized Washington DC. And look at where we are now. A Federal Government that is out of control, insane and evil, backed up with the thugs who will unquestioningly follow orders to steal your money, property and commit the ultimate in civil rights violation by murdering you.
I was born, breed a Midwestern boy, but in my soul I AM a Rebel, and for this union (the FUSA) I do not give a damn.
ll unquestioningly follow orders to steal your money, property and commit the ultimate in civil rights violation by murdering you.
Delete........the consolidation of the states into one vast republic, sure to be aggressive abroad and despotic at home, will be the certain precursor of that ruin which has overwhelmed all those that have preceded it.......The South has contended only for the supremacy of the Constitution, and the just administration of the laws made in pursuance to it."

The Liberals, Rinos, Communists, Dumb Liberal Ministers have an absolute Hatred of the South, the Confederacy and the White Human Race (don't doubt me on this). They mean to slaughter us and commit suicide(the Dumb White Liberals) at the same time.
ReplyDeleteThe South did have a major flaw---they had slaves, which they should have sent back to Africa and/or freed and sent to the "free" northern states----barring them and any other blacks from returning to take up residence in the South. Slavery was the South's moral millstone that sealed its fate.
The South did have a Great Cause----Freedom and Liberty. That is what upsets and bedevils the Liberal, Rino and Communists. And for that---they want to destroy the South again and all its flags, statues, paintings and history. I suspect that Southern Monuments will be first removed and put in warehouses....but in a few short years....those that still remain on public display will be bombed and smashed....no different that how ISIS is wiping out any Christian churches, cemeteries, symbols, etc....no trace of the South will be allowed to remain.
So---let us do as General Patton said " The object of war is not to die for your country...but to make the other guy die for his."
Organize and Act. Arm and Train. Prepare and Plan.
" The object of war is not to die for your country...but to make the other guy die for his."
ReplyDeleteIndeed.
