    1. I figured it was BS, but the pictures don't lie, I believe.

  2. The Battallion Commander of that ROTC unit needs to be relieved immediatley. If would be one thing if it were voluntary and in civilian clothing, but I don't remember reading anything in the AR670-1 (which governs the wear and apperance of the uniform) that allows for the wearing of heels with the Army Combat Uniform(ACU). I don't often agree with Watson from Infowars but he got this one correct, this is a disgrace to the service, political correctness gone crazy. With "leaders" like this one who needs enemies!

      Good point.

Can't believe the number of commies in our government who have been hiding all these years waiting for the right time. Revolting and treasonous.

    2. Local commanders have a great deal of latitude in enforcing that regulation. For instance, distinctive unit t-shirts are quite common. ROTC units likely have distinctive non-uniform college sweat shirts that they wear with their ACU pants.

ROTC cadets are not soldiers and are not strictly governed by Army regulation. If the ROTC PMS chooses to not enforce a strict military standard, or even choses to enforce (in a very limited way) a contrary standard, he has done nothing wrong.

That is not to say that this one wasn't obviously using his authority to push a misguided feminist agenda. but he was certainly acting within the scope of his authority.

  4. No y'all missed the point's the "command authority" was making; First the forced approval of homosexual/pagan/satanic "life choices" and second: MINDLESS and UNQUESTIONED obedience to orders, no matter how ridiculous or evil those orders are. This is NOT how to train an army. But it IS how to train a political death squad, or death camp guard. Methods VERY similar to this were used to train both the KGB and the Waffen SS. This is how you get loyal troops to force slaves throw babies in ovens. Or get your "troops" to shoot 100,000 people in the back of the head. The genocides of the twentieth century didn't START with gun control, they started with troop training.--Ray

      Well said.

  5. If it were in my power to do so, I would like to know if there were any cadets who had the balls to refuse to obey that order, then commision them on the spot. What I want in a leader is some one who can say, this is stupid, and or illegal, and I am NOT going to obey that order.
Secondly in a time of "peace", the reason for the existence of a military, is to have a force that is so well trained, so well equipted and so highly motivated that they intimidate potential enemies into inaction. So with that in mind; how does having future army officers (male) in training walking around in bright red womens shoes, in any fashion, intimidate our potential and actual enemies into inaction?

  6. Some thing has come to mind on this matter, showing how much rot and damage PC has done to our military, along with the notion that serving in any of the armed forces is a "career". And as a former NCO I am ashamed to say, that I only now thought of it. As a non-commisioned officer (aka a sergeant), one of you explictly stated duties (aka spelled out in writing) to see to it that the uniform is worn in accordance with Army Regulations. Regardless of rank. Zero exceptions. Therefore it was the duty of the senior NCO's to who ever gave that order, (yes it was an order) to clearly state that wearing those shoes while in uniform was a violation of Army Regulations. It was an illegal order. One principle, the NCO ought have said, "with all due respect, I will NOT obey that order". And let the chips fall where they may. I know it seldom happens in the real world, but, a good NCO will do the right thing, even if it is at the cost of his career. There are some sergeants out there who ought to have a letter of reprimand in their personal files for failing to uphold the standards and traditions of the Army and for failing to perform their duty as NCO. Period. It is called personal courage, one of the Armys' offical core values. For the recorded I was an E-7, Sergeant First Class.
