    those look like training aids side said "tracking trainer." the batteries that energize a stinger a designed with a short self-life as is the infrared seeker. real stingers are shipped in a metal crate and the IFF desiginator (square, plastic antenna looking thing) and trigger assembly are a separate piece. my MOS was 16 Sierra btw
