The State, the Federal Government, may operate only by delegated power. Delegated powers come down from the greater to the lesser. We, the people are the EMPLOYERS and the government is the EMPLOYEE. If there are to be restrictions on guns, it is the Goverment which should be subject to being restricted. Being armed is a RIGHT of the People.
