WACO II: "At least four of the victims appear to have been shot by police—and the criminal charges some bikers face are highly dubious."

The criminal-justice system in Waco, Texas, continues to boggle the mind. Last month, a grand jury in McClellan County held a marathon session to consider whether District Attorney Abel Reyna had presented enough evidence to justify indictments in the shootout at a May gathering of bikers where nine people were killed. In the wake of those killings, 177 bikers were arrested. Many proclaimed their innocence, and local authorities faced criticism for jailing so many individuals using fill-in-the-blank paperwork that didn’t differentiate among the jailed.

  1. What a train-wreck in McClellan County. The cops were on the roof shooting .223s while the BATF was on the ground shooting hand guns. Why? The video shows the peaceful bikers on the patio when the shooting started. Four were killed by .223-rounds. Do bikers carry rifles? And they arrested the bikers? This is a case of trigger-happy cops and BATF panicking when their ambush failed because the bikers were peaceful. The cops should have been arrested and the BATF should have been disbanded when they murdered David Koresh and the children years ago. If they aren't stopped the murdering will continue.

  2. Rather than fess-up, they are still trying to come up with plausible lies, with the result that it's very obvious what they're doing.

Some biker gangs are not known for letting bye-gones be bye-gones.

Somebody is likely going to pay for this......it's just a matter of time.

    1. Fuck you, 'Anonymous.'
They would just as quickly murder
      and arrest black bikers,
      easily and thoughtlessly.
Or have you not been paying
      attention to the indiscriminate,
      frequent and blatant murders of
      citizens (regardless of skin color)
by the murderous badged police state
      enforcers of the communist dictatorship
      ruling our Republic.
Let's not even start rehashing the most
recent 'Free Wacos' since the murders
      of these citizens and bikers.
For example, the 'Free Waco' of rancher
Jack Yantis, and the murder most foul
'Free Waco' of six year old, first grader
Jeremy Mardis, two days after the murder
      of Jack Yantis.
Or should they now be nameless in death,
and hereafter referred to only as 'Free Waco III'
      and 'Free Waco IV?'
Maybe you should actually make an effort
      to fight for the freedom
      and Constitutional protections for
      ALL citizens of our Republic.
      All Lives Matter.
Yeah, I like the sound and prospect
of that far better that "whitelivesdon'tmatter."
