I n an interview on Fox News, Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke revealed that he had a private meeting with Donald Trump to discuss the issue of public safety.
Sheriff Clarke said:
“I just wanted to give him an idea of what it’s like on ground level. That’s where I’m at.
I’m in the trenches.
I’m at street level. I’m meeting and dealing with people who are looking for safer neighborhoods and safer schools on a daily basis. I know what their needs are, what their wants are.”
