CDC Gives Itself The Power to Indefinitely Detain Healthy People En Masse Without Appeal

Via sauced07

CDC says: We can Round'em up and Throw away the key

Based on CDC's 8/15/16 publication of  ' Rules for the Control of Communicable Diseases', the CDC is giving itself the power to forcibly apprehend healthy people  en masse and detain them indefinitely with no process of appeal.

Kindly enough the CDC is giving the public until 10/14/2016 to comment on its new found extra-Constitutional power.

  2. This would constitute a De Facto declaration of martial law. Complete with mass arrests, gun confiscation , and an end to free elections, and FEMA death camps. If anything would bring on CWII this one would be it. For the less history inclined readers; The Nazi death camps were originally a "public health detention".---Ray

  3. Gives themselves power?? The only lawful power is delegated DOWN from the States or the People. Otherwise it is a criminal usurpation.

  4. If you really want to kill this idea fast just insinuate that they plan on rounding up all the HIV and AIDS carriers as it is putting a heavy burden on government healthcare. More popcorn, please, and bring a case of beer...this will a clownshow.

  5. Has anyone considered that this would be the PERFECT "rule" to allow Obama to suspend elections and send all those pesky "bitter clingers" and "alt right's" to the FEMA gas chambers?(Cannot refuse any order lest ye die?) And just weeks before the elections too....Ray

  6. Well, Hillary Clinton will oppose this because it would "separate families". Oh, that's just a problem if it's illegal aliens.

  7. Unfortunately, there is nothing to protect you; we still don't have a law on our books requiring that informed consent - those two words, 'informed consent' - be obtained prior to conducting research on human subjects and this is most
certainly some sort of human research or human control.
Probably came straight from Ft. Detrick.
Like that SV40 polio vaccine which was sent all over the
country and killed thousands of kids. They knew exactly
    what it was capable of.
