Shock Footage: Police Drag and arrest Nurse Attempting to Protect Patient from Unauthorized Blood Draw

Via comment by Anonymous on It’s Official: FBI, DHS Classify Antifa Activities...

A Salt Lake City nurse has released police body camera and hospital surveillance footage which she claims shows her being illegally arrested back in late July after refusing police orders to draw blood from an unconscious patient.

Utah University Hospital nurse Alex Wubbels was in charge on July 26th when law enforcement officials arrived and ordered her to extract the blood of an unconscious truck driver who had been injured in a hit-and-run accident earlier that day.

Wubbels says she was just doing her job and was protecting her patient’s privacy when she was arrested and dragged out of the hospital by a Salt Lake City police detective, who the nurse says illegally arrested and assaulted her.

  1. This happened July 26. The badgemonkey was NOT suspended. He was merely transferred to different duties. The fact that he has NOT been perp walked and his termination announced is more than adequate evidence that the department has no intention to punish him. The city and department will tsk tsk and mouth platitudes for a while and wait for the "next big thing" to come along and distract the public. They will then bury this and if necessary the nurse will get a big fat check....money STOLEN from the taxpayer....and probably FORCED to sign a nondisclosure agreement in the process. Then it will back to crime err business as usual for the thugs pinned to badges. If any REAL justice was going to happen it would have happened by now.

Yes and was mentioned in the article that Payne was suspended from the department’s blood draw program, but still remains on active duty with the force,
