I just found out that Trump actually has complete discretion on how the money is spent. So he played the Democrats like a cheap fiddle once again. They think they got fix nics. Not if he doesn't give them the money to do it. Trump is no dummy.
Is this going to be done in the same fashion as ending "DACA", stopping the catch and release policy for illegals, stopping the illegal border crossings, punishing sanctuary cities, punishing sanctuary states, ending funding for Planned Parenthood, jailing "cooked Hillary"...should I go on?
One can only hope.....
