Something is rotten in the state of Denmark

Image result for hamlet Something is rotten in the state of Denmark

Something smells. The use of toxins, either by Assad in Syria or by Russia in West Pakistan–England, I meant, England–makes no sense. Assad had won his war and had no need of  gassing a few civilians. He would have to know that  it would give Washington a pretext for an attack. Which it did. Is Assad so foolish?

Disordered thoughts on the National Cockatoo’s latest antics

One:  The aghastment and horrilation about the terrible, appalling, shocking etc nature of gas warfare is nonsense. There is nothing unusually  hideous about the use of toxic chemicals. Hideous, yes, but not unusually hideous. Boring old workaday artillery, that nobody criticizes, leaves children watching as mommy frantically clutches at intestines spilling from her opened belly, leaves men without legs trying to drag themselves along until gushing femoral arteries end consciousness, causes traumatic brain injury that leaves its beneficiaries drooling and burbling for life. Poison gas can do no better.

  1. "Is Assad so foolish?"

This is a crazy talking point. Assad has used chemical attacks numerous times. Far more times than the media chooses to tell us about and more times than we have responded to. So to suddenly claim "gee, it would be foolish of Assad to do it one more time..." Give me a break. He does it, He has done it often. Are we denying all of these events; those noted and documented by the MSM and those not generally known of? Or just this one because Trump is president and we hate Trump?

    1. No I voted for him but answer the question:

    2. I would appreciate any links to any REAL evidence that it was, in fact, Assad who used chemical weapons. Please remember personal pronouncements, political declarations, and opinions are not evidence.

Of course we also need to remember that when our ol' buddy Saddam attacked Iran and started loosing the war he used chemical weapons and the U.S., rightfully, took no action. IT'S NOT OUR WAR....that is unless the jackasses in D.C. make it ours.

      Y'all have a nice day.
