  1. This guy Tucker is conversing with, Wicker I think, I did not
like. Smugness. Tucker's opening statement was good.
Chemical attack, if even occurred, false flag attack to do
just what they are planning, WAR. Hope Putin has a plan.
Major US Naval movement is on the way.

"The Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group (HSTCSG) is being deployed to the Mediterranean Wednesday, where it will join the USS Donald Cook off Syrian territorial waters.

"The aircraft carrier will be accompanied by guided-missile destroyers USS Arleigh Burke (DDG 51), USS Bulkeley (DDG 84), USS Forrest Sherman (DDG 98) and USS Farragut (DDG 99), as well as the guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60). The Destroyers USS The Sullivans (DDG 68) and USS Jason Dunham (DDG 109) will join the HSTCSG later, according to a statement by the US Navy.

"The Sachssen-class German frigate FGS Hessen (F 221) will also operate as part of the strike group during the first half of the deployment," reports Zero Hedge.

With such firepower and with Russia stationed down in Syria, all hell is about to break loose.

    God bless these people.

  2. Arabs and other middle eastern peoples have been killing each other over tribal and religious differences since the beginning of recorded history. That is an indisputable fact.

American direct involvement in those conflicts have been an unmitigated disaster. Removing Saddam Hussain created a power vacuum that led to hundreds of thousands of deaths and instability that shows no sign of abatement.

US and NATO intervention in Libya has been anything but a success. At least four Americans dead including our Ambassador. (The CIA has never released how many operatives they had in Libya or if they suffered any casualties.) For what? As a means of seizing Libya's arms and sending them to so-called rebels in Syria. )There still is no accountability as to who actually got these arms.)

The destruction of ISIS in Western Iraq and Syria to deny them a safe geographic base of operations, the caliphate, might be laudable, but carry that policy forward into regime change in Syria and creating another power vacuum in the middle east can only be defined as abject insanity!

The lessons of history and particularly recent history are clear. Nothing good can come from expanding or even continuing US involvement in Syria. Not for the country, not for the economy and certainly not for the President. In short it's yet another neocon, globalist trap.

      Pathetic.

  3. Assad's a monster. But to quote Thomas Sowell, "Compared to what?".

Unlike ISIS (and Iran) Assad is motivated by concern for his skin in THIS world. He is not reasonable, but presented with an OR ELSE he'll listen. ISIS/Iran are both motivated by the NEXT world. Against such as those, there is nothing that can be done in this world to exert significant leverage.

I remember a few years back reading an (alleged) quote from an Assad General when hearing the West was against Assad: "Don't these people realize we're all that's preventing an Islamic take-over of Syria?"

  4. This is the muslim middle east...does anyone expect the behavior to get any better. If you want to make a real difference consider that the gas attack killed under 50 people and that barely equals what most any single blue city tally amounts to in a month and with even more wounded in those shootings. Maybe divert the navy and airforce bombers to hit a few DNC city halls around this country and more good will come of the explosions. It will at least get rid of the graft and corruption. Heh, Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, Memphis, Los Angeles, St. Louis, is that a bird or.....
