Garbage in, garbage out. These neighborhoods are defined by the data you put on HUD forms when you buy a house and census data. So always check the "black" box, no matter what race you are. Then when it comes to gerrymandering districts or forcing "more" into your neighborhood, they have nothing to go on. Your neighborhood, schools, and districts will look "diverse enough".
