Tucker: President Trump's hope for re-election

  1. Surprising no one has commented on this yet.

Tucker's point that the repubs didn't know is off base with two strikes, but for the sake of discussion, let's consider this.

If they truly didn't know about everything that was happening, they are stupid and should resign from office, and go work at the local greasy spoon cleaning tables.

I suggest they did and do know, and they decided, because of mcconnell's influence, to quietly stand in the shadows. Why mcconnell? because he is part of the inner circle of deecee influence brokers, and he places more importance in the continuity of govt than supporting Pres. Trump, because he doesn't want to reduce his level of political influence, what is commonly referred to as power. If this were not true, he would have charged killery and her minions with 18 USC some years ago, if for nothing else, for Chris Stevens.

He is neck deep in the swamp, and he would rather let everything be destroyed than stand up for the country and give integrity to his Oath.

    Get ready.

  2. I do not watch TV or even videos of the talking heads. I have no idea what Tucker Carlson said. I have read that Tucker flip flops all the day long on President Trump.

Other than a month long stint at Ft. Knox (July-August 1967), McConnell has been in politics ever since graduation. He spent most of his time in D.C. then full time starting in 1985. He's held many offices throughout fedgov. Imagine the power he has. You think he's going to risk any of that on a president, especially a dangerous president like President Trump who seeks to derail the gravy train?

I wholeheartedly and completely agree with Grog with respect to the Republican bastards. Y'all be expanding your lists, ya hear!

  3. Brock, this is the wikipedia entry for mcconnell's time in the Army.

**In March 1967, shortly before the expiration of his educational draft deferment upon graduation from law school, McConnell enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve as a private at Louisville, Kentucky. This was a coveted position because the Reserve units were mostly kept out of combat during the Vietnam War. His first day of training at Fort Knox, Kentucky was July 9, 1967, two days after taking the bar exam, and his last day was August 15, 1967. Shortly after his arrival, he was diagnosed with optic neuritis and was deemed medically unfit for military service. After five weeks at Fort Knox, he was honorably discharged.**

  4. I'm registered "Non-Aligned" and I'm voting strictly 3rd party in November. I've always rejected the Democrats and I've learned over the years to loath republicans. So I'm pulling the lever for the the presidential candidate who on the records is a Republican, but Trump's as far from their ideology as Pluto is from the sun.
