Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) addressed a get-out-the-vote event in Asheville, North Carolina, on Wednesday, though when the cameras panned out, there appeared to be very few supporters present.
Half a dozen supporters were visible on video coverage; the total attendance appeared somewhat greater, but not much greater.

I can't figure this out. Just driving the truck up there with a sign on it ought to draw hundreds in Asheville. Do they not want people there? Are they afraid of protestors? This is Asheville, dammit! I could go the radio and mention a meeting of the clamydia support group, noon at the Vance monument, and have a thousand attendees.
ReplyDeleteObviously, they don't want a crowd, but why?
Thanks for the info and good question.
DeleteJust down to road about 20 miles from Asheville. I figured it would be a massive liberal Asheville crowd all over each other to see their new god. Not sure why not.
DeleteThanks and interesting.
