Boy in California dragged off by mountain lion, rescued by dad

A six-year-old boy was hiking with his family and friends when a mountain lion seemingly came out of nowhere and jumped the boy. The creature started to drag him off by his head as horrified family members and friends watched. The boy’s father and another man fought the animal off by shouting and acting aggressively, which resulted in the predator releasing the boy from its grips, according to Yahoo News on Sept. 9.

The family and friends were hiking in a public open space preserve not far from Cupertino, a city in Silicon Valley, when the large cat showed up on the trail. Lt. Paul Foy from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife said that it is unusual for a mountain lion to attack like that when there’s a group of people.

With binoculars in hand, an assault rifle slung over his chest and a Glock pistol on his hip, a man named Will scans the banks of the Rio Grande looking for anyone trying to cross from Mexico into Texas.

Will is a member of the Patriots, a group of heavily armed private citizens who use displays of force to intimidate people attempting to cross the border illegally. Since early summer the Patriots have patrolled an area near Brownsville, Texas.

"If you spot them and shine your light on them, that lets them know that you're there," said the 25-year-old construction worker from Indiana who flew to Texas for a stint with the Patriots. “Nine times out of 10, they're not going to come over.

"Even if they are going to try to cross again, we're still making it harder for them, and that's the reason we're here."

Fourth Victim Comes Forward To Accuse “Sons Of Guns” Star Of Rape

The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office reported William Hayden, a star on the reality television series “Sons of Guns,” has been arrested there on charges of aggravated rape and indecent behavior with a juvenile. This makes four alleged victims and three different charges of aggravated rape and one charge of indecent behavior with a juvenile.

Yesterday, US Treasury Department Secretary Jacob Lew said that it will decide "in the very near future" if it has the authority to strip tax incentives to American corporations relocating to foreign countries.

Lew is a proponent of such action, believing that US corporations leaving the US for better foreign tax rates, while maintaining headquarters in the US, should be violently opposed. The Obama regime has said it believes such legislative action should be retroactive, and authoritarians in the ranks are rising to the occasion to champion the tyrannical actions.

Two nuns decapitated and a third also murdered after all three elderly women are raped at African convent

Three elderly Italian nuns were raped and beaten before two were decapitated and another murdered in a convent in Burundi.

The bodies of Bernardetta Boggia, 79, Lucia Pulici, 75, and Olga Raschietti, 82, were found in their dormitory in Kamenge, north of the capital of Bujumbura.

Police said three suspects had been detained for questioning as they probe claims it was a botched robbery at the hands of a mentally unbalanced attacker.

School Security Guard to Army Officer: You Can't Come In While Wearing Your Uniform

Fox and Friends asked its viewers what story outraged them the most this morning. And this one out of Michigan was an easy winner: an Army officer was apparently told he could not enter his daughter's school because he was wearing his Army uniform.

His wife, Rachel Ferhadson, explained what happened via phone. Ferhadson and her husband, Lt. Col Sherwood Baker, had stopped at Rochester Adams High School in Rochester Hills during the day to clear up an issue with his daughter's class schedule.

But when Baker tried to go in, a security guard told him that he could not enter wearing the uniform because it could offend people, Ferhadson recounted.

"They told him some kids might not understand and might be offended. So they gave him a choice, told him he could phone in to the office or go home and change his clothes," said Ferhadson.

Teacher pleads guilty to giving middle schooler ‘full contact’ lap dance during class

A middle school teacher has pleaded guilty to giving a student a “full contact” lap dance during class while students looked on.

Felicia Smith, a teacher at Stovall Middle School near Houston, was busted after cell phone video of incident surfaced. She “will spend three years on probation after admitting to the felony of having an improper relationship with a student,” according to the Houston Chronicle.

She reportedly is still licensed to teach in the state of Texas, though that is “currently under review.”
