US: The balance of Clinton calendars won't be released until after election

Seven months after a federal judge ordered the State Department to begin releasing monthly batches of the detailed daily schedules showing meetings by Hillary Clinton during her time as secretary of state, the government told The Associated Press it won't finish the job before Election Day.

The department has so far released about half of the schedules. Its lawyers said in a phone conference with the AP's lawyers that the department now expects to release the last of the detailed schedules around Dec. 30, weeks before the next president is inaugurated.

The AP's lawyers late Friday formally asked the State Department to hasten that effort so that the department could provide all Clinton's minute-by-minute schedules by Oct. 15. The agency did not immediately respond.

The Martyrdom of Mary Surratt

If you went to high school in the 1980s as I did, you probably were not taught who Mary Surratt was in history class. That’s because Mary Surratt was an innocent woman executed by the United States government as part of the “conspiracy” to assassinate president Lincoln. Mary Surratt holds the unsought title as the first woman executed by the United States government, too. Why, then, are we discussing this today? Because there is an adage that states: “History repeats itself”. And this is certainly true. But with the United States government, history repeating itself is a matter of government policy which cannot be changed, altered, or deviated from no matter the consequences for failing to do so.

If you were given the government’s side of the story in high school history class, you were told John Wilkes Booth crept up behind President Lincoln and, bang, he shot him. End of story. Now, on to the Transcontinental Railroad and see the shoe on the other foot: Bang, we shot them, on a grander scale in dealing with Native American insurgents and unlawful enemy combatants. However, the reason the government leaves off the entire assassination conspiracy is because they executed an innocent woman. Mary Surratt’s “crime”, as it were, happened to be owning a boarding house that the Lincoln assassination “conspirators” rented rooms in. She was promptly seized in the federal sweep-and-clear operation to find the assassins, even if they really weren’t. Anyone with Southern heritage would do.

Florida Mason Dixon Poll: Authentic Trump 44%, Inauthentic Clinton 30% With Independent Voters…

A non-media poll by Mason Dixon of central Florida Voters (I-4 Corridor) finds Donald Trump leading overall: 46% Trump to 42% for Clinton.

More interestingly, and many would say more importantly, Donald Trump is leading Hillary Clinton by 14 points with independent voters:  Trump 44%, Clinton 30%

This tracks with the previous outline we shared discussing voter registration, voter intent, voter engagement, and voter analysis within Florida.  All of the previous factors, without media spin, show Donald Trump positioned to crush Hillary Clinton in Florida.


The Mason Dixon poll is especially valuable when you consider the strategic demographics of the area.  Central Florida is a high concentration of Latino and Hispanic voters.  If Trump wins the I-4 corridor (Tampa, Lakeland, Orlando, Daytona), most likely, Clinton can only hope to carry Dade County (same demo won by Rubio in the primary).

Rodney Sanders Charged With Murder in Killing of Mississippi Nuns

A suspect was arrested over the killing of two nuns whose bodies were found in their Mississippi home, authorities said late Friday.

Rodney Earl Sanders, 46, was charged with two counts of capital murder "after an exhaustive interview," the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation said in a statement.

Sanders, of Kosciusko, is charged in connection with the killings of Sister Margaret Held and Sister Paula Merrill, both 68, who were found dead in their home in the rural town of Durant Thursday morning, the bureau said.

I want to thank you for reminding us in South Louisiana not to discriminate against anyone based on race or religion. Had you not reminded us of this I don't know what we would have done. See we rode around in a boat saving people and well race or religion never entered my mind. Not once. It didn't enter my buddies mind or my wife's. Just saving people.

I understand you may be miss informed because of all the race baiting that the media did a couple months ago here is South Louisiana. But I assure you that's not what we stand for in South Louisiana. We love each other when the times get hard. We look out for our own. Now I know this doesn't fit your agenda. But facts are facts.

O and by the way stay up in DC play a little golf and enjoy your last couple months in office. Make sure you clean out your desk. Clean out the house you've occupied for 8 years cause your time is up.

Let ya buddy Ms Clinton know we don't need her either. She needs her rest. Lord knows she needs rest more then the residents of South Louisiana do. She may could put some of that Clinton foundation blood money to good use down here helping others. But why would she do that. She already knows Louisiana doesn't belong to her come November. If this was a state she needed she would have been on the boat with me. But that's OK we got this we are strong here in Louisiana.

A Fiery Preacher in the Old North State

 

The Grand Itinerant George Whitefield was an Anglican minister from England who excelled in revivalistic preaching that was dramatic, passionate and emotional, often moving many to tears. He made several trips to the American colonies from 1739–1770, and achieved great fame and esteem.

Ben Franklin, pretty much an agnostic, was quite taken with him. Whitefield set up an orphanage in the Georgia colony in 1738. He returned to the colonies in 1739 and was a huge success in Philadelphia and New York. But in North Carolina, he encountered a cold welcome.
 
After leaving Virginia and riding horseback on wild and swampy roads in uninhabited territory, he arrived in the Old North State in December 1739. He passed through Eden Town, “a little Place, beautifully situated by the Water-side,” and reached Bath on the evening of December 22. The next day, a Sunday, he preached to a noon-time crowd of 100 people — low for Whitefield, who could draw thousands for his outdoor sermons. Why the lack of enthusiasm?

There Is A Line

There is a war being waged in America, but only one side is fighting.  The progressives, or Marxists, or outright Communists have been waging war against middle America, using every diabolical means available, for decades, perhaps a century, but middle America is too busy just trying to survive to bother with them.  Like the day when Barack Obama declared ISIS to be the Junior Varsity team, middle America considers this war being waged on them as insignificant to their lives, too distant and too petty.  Yes, some useless and pathetic residual guilt is responsible for some of their acquiescence.

Yet, the Marxists have taken ground steadily, pushing and shoving against the pillars of traditional American culture until they have begun to rattle the foundations.  Still, middle America shrugs at these advancements, hopefully ignoring them, waiting for something to cause the Marxists to give up.  But, they will never give up.  They are not stronger than middle America, but they are more persistent and right now, they are aided by every structure of government, the media, entertainment, sports figures, or so it seems.  We will never really know the truth, because we get information from the media and they are liars.
