In an attempt to close the "gun show loophole", President Obama has created a number of additional loopholes in the way those who who must perform background checks are specified. Now even people who sell as few as 1or 2 guns must perform background checks IF they are in the "business" of selling guns. When asked how to identify such individuals, ATF suggested a) gun recently purchased to resell, b) sold in original packaging, c) credit cards processed. So new loopholes created:
1) sell only
2) in a plain brown bag,
3) for cash or barter.
Wait a minute... Isn't this how most criminals buy guns now? True to form, Obama accomplishes nothing, AGAIN!
