9-year-old suspended after he says he stood up to a bully

Via Moonbattery

Most Wednesday afternoons Nathan Pemberton would be sitting in his third grade classroom. But that didn’t happen.

“Got suspended,” he says.

The 9-year-old was kicked out of school Tuesday after he says he stood up to a bully who was beating him up.

“One kid kicked me in the back, then punched me in the face. Then I punched him in the face, and then I got in trouble, he says.”

A picture shows the red marks on his face. His parents says about once a week, he’s been coming home from West Elementary School in Colorado Springs saying he’s been bullied.

They’re glad he finally decided enough is enough.

“Finally, yeah, we told him, if you have to, if there’s nobody else around, you do what you have to do,” his mother, Deborah Pemberton, says.

  1. Good for him - and for his parents' standing by him!

I always told mine - after teaching them how to deliver a nose-breaking elbow shot from almost any angle along with a few other devastating moves - "You'd better not EVER throw the first punch!! I SWEAR: If YOU start it, I'll make you wish you hadn't, but if you're DEFENDING yourself I'll back you until the end of the world!"

Both were lucky that they never really had to resort to physical self-defense, but even now, 13+ years later, I pity the fool that lays a hand on either of them!

The odds are good that THIS boy won't ever have a problem again...

  2. He got suspended because for all the anti bully rhetoric, there is no enforcement. Why? Because it is a useful social conditioning tool to make good slaves to government RHSA bully boys. You know, the ones with the sharp black uniforms with the twin lightning bolts on the collar. Good on you kid. I did the same thing and got left alone after that.

Now if we the people would learn that lesson, DHSS wouldn't be buying 450 million rounds of ammo to use on us with our money.
