Hello and thank you all for the continued interest and support in the Mosin magazine project. Thank you for all your emails and inquiries and my apologies if I wasn't able to return them all. As some of you know, I run another company which specializes in custom fabrication and eats up most of my time and attention. I think I finally have to begrudgingly admit that I simply don't have the time and bandwidth right now to produce the mags myself. I would still definitely like to produce them, but I think I'll need a little help.
What I would like to do is open up discussions with anyone out there who might have the capability to do a medium to large-scale production of the mags. I will provide the prototypes, 3D renders, and my input and guidance along the way, but I'm looking for a company to basically run with the idea and I will take an understandably smaller slice of the pie, in more of a "licensing" sort of arrangement. I believe that the product has a lot of potential and I hate to see the project stagnate for lack of time.

DeleteI sure hope someone can produce them. I've been interested in doing the same but don't have the skill and knowledge to get it past a concept and you've already done that. No need to try and re-invent the wheel.

ReplyDeletepicatinney rail with an 11mm female dovetail on the bottom that will slide over the site mount dovetail on a Mosin? I've found some but they are light aluminum stuff made for airsoft.
Did you try Combat Hunting? That's where I get my M44 stuff from.
