Personally I think the 2nd Amendment would have been better written, "A well armed citizenry, being the militia of the United States and necessary for the defense of the Nation, the right of the people to carry whatever they damn well please shall not be infringed, limited, regulated, or otherwise messed with by anyone upon punishment of death."
