  1. Next year will mark 40 years. My wife is Vietnamese. I will see if I can get her to post later today. She was there in Saigon when it fell on 4-30-1975.

  2. Hi my name is Hong. I was in Saigon that fateful day in 1975. I was busy all day going around on my motorbike trying to help friends who either had worked for the South Vietnamese gov't or the Americans. I saw a lot dead bodies on the streets. I don't know how they died.
    Late in the afternoon a truck carrying Viet Cong came into my neighborhood. Someone had given out red armbands and Viet Cong flags. A lot of people stood by the street and cheered the Viet Cong kissing their ass. But not my family.
    I tell you now if you live under Communist you will not like it.
