Catch 22. It's all good until the new rules apply. But they haven't restricted the 5.45 steel core from sale like they did the 7.62x39. I did just find a 440 rd can under my dresser. I'm partial to the 55 gr more with the right twist it fragments better.
I have bought some green tips in the past. The issue is that they go right through a normal target with minimal damage. 55 grain regular rounds do not.
Already up to 400.00 a case..
