Every one of us needs to have a "What if I am detained Plan". That is due to the normal pace of events. They call you a Terrorist, They arrest you under the Patriot Act. They take your kids to Child protective services. Then they negotiate a testimony out of your wife to get her kids back. You may bring home the bacon, but you will never compete with the kids for her actions.

We all have Bug out plans, but what about if some local cop arrests you and carries you to the Hoosegow. Then he calls DHS and you are on some list.

No plans, no rights, no testify. Just Jail, ass Beating, and gone.

Time to do your planning now.

The wife needs to know that when she hears you are taken that she needs to get the kids, the bags, and beat feet. Where is the question. Her mom's house is not any where on the lists. They know that address and she would not want her folks killed by a swat team.

Think on this!

Time is short!

  1. Ramping up a bit here? Know something that 'we' don't know? Time running out (probably a given).
In all seriousness, I (we) have thought about 'what if' 'they' come knocking on our door without any reason. Tough decisions and irreversible if it comes but necessary to develop the mind set before the fact because 'after' is too late ..............just my .02 worth.

    1. Not my writing, but definitely food for thought.

  2. Are we too late ? Local police depts. have acquired military grade equipment, auto weapons, armored vehicles, grenades and pretty much everything the need to quell a riot or small uprising and they don't seem to mind shooting civilians.. If that's not enough they call in the natl. guard, the feds, the army etc. No matter how many times you post "molon labe" or "pry it from my cold dead hands", that's exactly what they will do. An assault on the white house or Pentagon ? they have their escape tunnels and then in come the armed forces, hard to face down a gunship or a drone. Yes, I think while we were busy sleeping or taking care of our families, we became outgunned, out maned, out maneuvered. Now obama wants to federalize the local police. On top of every thing, we have a congress that can't/ won't do anything for America. I don't want to feel this way, but I think we have already lost the battle........too little ....too late....

  3. Civilian gun owners far out number military, police, and all of the illegitimate armed thugs combined. Not all police and military will do the wrong thing. Our armed forces are also a train and release organization. A perfect storm against tyrany if you ask me. Just my $.02. Vigilance, optomisim, and cooler heads prevail.

  5. At some point, regardless of the outcome, you have to stop
and turn around, go to ground, safety off and shoot.

  6. Situation dictates. If its a vehicle stop, hopefully whoever you're with is of enough mind to get license plates, unit numbers, bage numbers, ranks and names. Nothing special, dedicate what can be obtained to limb via sharpie. Another good idea is to video document the encounter with a phone that uploads to a cloud simultaneously as it records. Mounted in the vehicle if you're alone. Hopefully, if you're truly concerned with abduction, you have your ducks in a row in the way of tribe. Is your intelligence circle up? They are KEY for your freedom. With video, public opinion/outcry can be formed via social media and legal pressure made for your release. With a witness armed with specific info on WHO abducted you, an attorney is better armed and knows where to start and with whom.
Of course, this is only relevant if you're taken alive.
Say NOTHING. Your name and "attorney" is ALL.

Of course, there's MUCH more to this but I'm trying not to be long winded (again).

  7. If you are not willing to kill those that would kidnap you and yours and take you to a "black sight" . If you are not willing to die fighting rather than peacefully go to a federal death camp. If you still believe that attorneys , courts and "civil rights" have any meaning AT ALL , then you are a fool. Worse you are a person with a mindset EXACTLY like that of a Jew getting on a "resettlement train" in 1943 , self deluded and too fearful of death to even resist KNOWING that torture , humiliation and slavery are THE BEST YOU CAN HOPE FOR. History is replete with story's of "non-violent compliance" that end in mass graves. Myself ; I know that when they come I may and probably will die, but I pray that I die on a bed of spent brass .Out of ammo .Taking an honor guard of black uniformed scum with me.--Ray

  8. It pays to know and be friends with the local sheriff and some of his deputies and also the District Attorney. They may thing you are a nut job or even a terrorist but if they
know you it's harder for them to go against you.

When Waco and Ruby Ridge went down we all still pretty much believed in "the system" and sat back watching and hoping "the system" would do the right thing.
It didn't. Jump forward in time to last year and folks showed up to help the ranchers
out west. Let's hope that trend continues and if some of us end up wrongly accused by LEO that our friends will show up (this time) and make LEO really stop and think
before they do the wrong thing. Everyone I've ever seen post on this blog is, as best I can tell a law abiding, patriotic American and I don't think any of us condone anything
that would wrongly brand us terrorist or trouble makers but what is right doesn't seem to matter any longer where the Feds are concerned. CH

  9. Don't let them take you once people start to disappear. If they take you, you are a dead man....or worse. There are worse things than dying my friends. Better to fight hard when it's just 1 or 2, chances are much better for you. Once in a cage, it's game over.

Having a plan in place for loved ones is key. They will use whatever is available to hunt you. Decide now what you are willing to do and what your significant others should do if things get sporty. -55six

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family?

Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

  10. Like with most things, it depends on your situation. I young man in good health might have a good shot at escape and evasion, even with his family in tow. An older fellow with a chronic illness might be better off making plans to send ahead an honor guard to Valhalla and die in a pile of brass if it looks like the only alternative to be taken alive. As another commenter pointed out, there are worse things than dying.
