IMHO, the excessive drinking explains the excessive crying. To me, that should be a sign to get off the fire water asap. I use to drive taxi in this college town and there was this guy who was always drinking, crying his eyes out, with repeated refrains of 'I love you...' He alienated his family that they couldn't put up with him anymore. One time some of his acquaintances escorted him to the local university hospital to dry out. A month later he was back at it. I asked him:

"Yeh, I just out today."
So I drove him to a tougher rehab clinic, tricked him into getting out of the cab, then drove off and left him there.
Same thing should have happened to Boehner.
Interesting. I drove in San Clemente + and Camp Pendleton for about 15 years either as an owner-operator or the owner of the company which I changed to Veteran's Cab.
