Where The Real Stench Is With Hillary

EmailGate is very, very bad.

The mere presence of SAP material on her "private" email server is a federal offense -- and should be.  Sometimes described as "above top secret" these programs are no-BS "need to know" and you must be read into each one individually, then you must access whatever material is involved in a secured facility from which that material may not leave.  There is no such thing as "having access to them" on a general basis, no matter who you are.

These programs typically deal with human intelligence of some form -- an agent on the ground in a foreign nation employed in a very sensitive role and operation.  Divulging the material will cause great harm to national security, usually will get people killed outright and might start a war -- literally.  That's not hyperbole -- it's real and is no joke.

That Hillary is reported to have had this material on her server means that at least two serious felonies occurred.  First, the person who caused it to be there committed a serious federal offense, since there is literally no possible way for it to happen without multiple breaches of security protocols to have taken place sequentially, acts that cannot happen by accident.

Second, for Hillary to not immediately report same and deal with the fallout is a second federal offense.

And by the way, if Bill had access to it then he's in trouble too (and he probably did, and is.)

  1. This "conclusion" (collusion?) by the FBI that there is insufficient grounds to prosecute the Hildabeast pretty much guarantees that she will not be holding anything but stage managed press conferences and interviews between now and November.

That said, there is more going on here than meets the eye. Either Comey has succumbed to blackmail or covert threats to his family, what had become known as Arkancide, or he is more clever than anyone thinks, even the Clintons or both.

While AG Lynch by her history is clearly beholden to Bill Clinton, director Comey is not. Perhaps by his report he relieves himself from any threats from the Clinton Mafia and puts the entire onus on Lynch and the DoJ thus making any decision they make as either completely spineless or purely political.

It should be noted that when it was first announced that Director Comey would be issuing a formal statement it was also said that he would be taking questions from the press"in private" afterwards. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. As I mentioned earlier Blacks Law Dictionary defines gross negligence as extreme carelessness. The two phrases are indistinguishable in their meaning.

We all know that, as Shakespeare said "There is something rotten in Denmark." This mess already stinks worse than a wheel of Limburger cheese left out in the hot sun. The only questions that remain then are how competent is Trump's opposition research team going to be in pounding on this, are there any reporters with the guts and integrity to vigorously hound her with the legal definition question and most importantly how will that 5-10% of the voting public that decides any election going to react to the burning stench in their nostrils? Hillary, the leftwing media and blogosphere might think she just got a pass and will spin this as an exoneration. I for one don't think it will work.

    1. The day Lynch stated that she would accept the FBI's recommendation,I knew what the results would be.
