If he had left out the Tyrant Lincoln BS and the asinine/erroneous D/R comparison, it would have been an excellent speech. Other than that, he was just about perfect.
Probably one of the more moving speeches I have heard in a long time. How right he is American Blacks have merely traded the plantation Massa for a government Massa. I have long said all of the “social welfare” has not improved the poor in America only enslaved them to government. It was always the intent of these programs to build power by making government slaves. They were never intended to lift the poor only create a power base.
While it is true for too long a period in America certain citizens were denied an equal opportunity. That statement is just not about blacks it also applies to Irish, Italian, German and most other immigrant group’s at one time in American history. This happened as recently as the 1940s when exalted and revered Democrat President Roosevelt round up Japanese Americans stole their possessions and threw them into concentration camps. Other than the “Gas Chambers” his actions were identical to fellow “Progressive” Adolf Hitler.
However, in truth NEVER in history has everyone ever had equal opportunities. Everyone is judged by others based on personal biases and prejudice. Handsome and pretty people have an advantage over less attractive people. If you walk into a job interview looking well dressed as opposed to looking like something the cat dragged in you have an advantage. If you speak properly rather than sounding like some ghetto gangbanger people treat you different. Lastly one more simple fact some people are racist. Those are simply facts of life get over it.
I would like to know how many black business owners there were before the civil rights movement vs how many there are now. I 'm sure employment has dropped since then.
